Great restaurant, great good. The atmosphere at Arturo's is very cozy and it has the Italian Mafia-esque feeling, which I have to say I like. The food was delicious. We had fried calamari, Rissotto de Mare and another dish that had cognac and penne (I don't remember the name). It was all great, with the exception of ending up supremely stuffed, which could be considered marvelous to some. The missing star is for the fact that we actually had to look around for our server to come take our order leading us to ask ourselves, 'Are we supposed to go look for them and tell them we are ready?' – 'Is there a buzzer to call them over?' Besides that, I really have no complaints. Plus you can dress up to go here, definitely a plus if you're looking for somewhere to look cute to.
Was here for a 50th wedding anniversary. Had the pasta with clam sauce followed by veal with prosciutto and fontina cheese. The veal was very tasty and the portion was perfect. Furthermore, the bread basket (typically pounced upon by myself and family members) was full, diverse, and hot. Could've done without the salad.
We were a large party, so we had a room to ourselves. A troubador played a few songs for my great aunt and uncle. And the room was inordinately warm with random bursts from the air conditioning. But it was a very nice afternoon overall, and the food surpassed my expectations… Although it might not have been worth the cost, the kitchen did prepare food to order still even though it was such a large party.

I've been here several times, most recently I went to an event here. I love the decor, and everyone who works here are always amazing. My favorite part the Parm cheese that they take out of the BIG wheel. Over the years I've had the Osso buco, Different Chicken Dishes, Risotto, and different fish dishes. They are always helpful for me because I have a wheat and gluten intolerance. Never gotten sick once while here. Last night we had drinks at the bar and App's were passed around before and after the event.
They made me a special dish because of my gluten intolerance last night and I was so happy and thankful for that. You should come by here it's great!
Update: went to Arturo's for bf's birthday dinner on Thirsday night. The place was empty yet the service was still slow. Eggplant rollatini appetizer was disappointing…almost no breading and not much ricotta. Calamari app was rubbery. Chicken cutlet parmigiana was pounded so thin that the breading overpowered it. Chicken Portafoglio was not stuffed with prosciutto as described and the sauce was underwhelming.
