I've been coming here since I'm little. The sandwiches are always good and it's always fast. They are a bit pricey, but I haven't had a bad meal from here.
Went here for the first time since management changed and I doubt I will be returning.
It always takes a while to order food and wait for it to be made on a nice summer day since everyone is getting sandwiches for the beach. I was expecting that, that is fine.
But when its been 45 minutes, everyone who was after us has already gotten their food and left, and after repeatedly asking the staff what was going on and being ignored, finding out its been sitting on the counter the entire time and the cashier never saw it… YEAH, that is absurd. On top of that, we got no apology, no discount, no NOTHING. They just stared at us like they couldn't have given a shit less.
