“But there's more: deli sandwiches, Korean station (bim bop), pizza, udon noodles, sushi bar, dessert and gelatto station, and snacks galore.”

“Lighting fast cashiers and a nice little seating area in the back make this place the gold standard for me in terms of all in one type delis.”

“Haven't had anything else there but my coworkers will vouch for the personal pizza, which looks really good, and the salad bar looks fresh.”

  1. You end up at about $20 per meal for whatever meal it is which is about right  for midtown NYC.  Seriously, they have everything!  hot and cold salads, pastas, American, Italian, pizza bar, custom made salads, deli bar, udon bar, sushi, fresh fruit and vegetables.  Most are sold by weight.  I recommend the spinach veggie dumplings for a great fresh taste.  Most take out but there is seating in the back.  Its kind of loud though so I recommend walking across 51st to the plaza between the buildings and finding a bench in the shade.

Split some with a friend – you will be full!

  2. This place was my go-to spot for lunch when I worked in the area.  The sandwich station serves up some of the best sandwiches I've ever had.  The complimentary bread is usually soft and fresh and is great to snack on while waiting for you order to be ready, especially if you're starving and about to eat your own hand.  The pizza is very good too.  I would definitely recommend this place if you work in the area and want a good high quality lunch that will fill you up until dinner.

  3. This place has everything, salad, hot and cold buffet, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, fruits and veggies, a korean booth, sushi, udon bar etc.  The food is okay and surprisingly you can usually find a seat in this packed restaurant.  It is always bustling with people.  The price is a bit on the high end for a cafe.  But the variety of options will be satisfactory to any picky eater like me.  They have TVs if you decide to eat there.

  4. Stopped in here last week to pick up lunch and some snacks for my travels.

The place reminds me of Bocca (on 50th) but a little more pricey. The hot bar had some great options and everything looked pretty good.

I picked up a small container of hot food, 2 bags of chips, and string cheese which all came to just under $13. Not bad in my book.

It's right across the street from my office so it will become a staple for quick lunches from now on.

  5. The Quick: Overpriced, but extremely convenient for the area. They have everything: made to order breakfast sandwiches, sushi, pizza, A full hot buffet, and even a grocery store. It's a good option if you and your coworkers can never agree on what to get.

  6. This place has become my go to spot for lunch nearby my job. It is usually packed during lunch hours but that's because the food is great. The wait isn't usually long to pay so I'm usually in and out in 20 min.

They have a steam table filled with freshly cooked choices, a sandwich bar & sushi/dumpling bar. Everything is sold by the pound except for sandwiches. They even have some cookies that looks amazing, I'm going to try it next time.

I've gotten the shrimp dumplings, they were pretty amazing. My coworker always gets fish from the steam table and she loves it. A few other people I know says the sandwiches are fresh and really worth it. I also love their chicken noodle soup it tastes homemade.

On a regular visit I spend between $10-15 including a drink. The service is great, if you ask an employee for help with anything they are more than happy to stop what they are doing and help you find what you're looking for.

Most importantly, the resteraunt is clean. There's places to sit right outside if you don't feel like going back to work. Also, the accept cards which is a plus because a few other nearby delis are Cash only.

  7. I've only been here for breakfast but they make a solid bacon egg and cheese sandwich. (I like to add avocado). They have a very large assortment of breakfast foods to customize your order and it's all for a very fair price. I need to stop by for lunch but from what I've seen, they have a great variety. There is also a very large selection of beverages and snacks. Definitely a gem in a sea of cafe metro's/ Europa cafe's.

  8. I love the Udon soup- wish they would put more into it with out my begging for more but oh well, for the price you can't go wrong. This place has everything, pizza, regular soup, Korean, sandwiches, buffet style food etc. the worst part is the line they try to go so fast that you're sure if they're telling you your price of meal or the next person. All and all good for a lunch during work hours.
