  1. One of the cutest cafes around the area! As an SJU student, I'm super happy to be able to have Caffe Bene to go to because there aren't a lot of cute little cafes around here where you can sit and chat with friends over a cup of coffee. The atmosphere is tranquil as well. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and the place was pretty quiet, which makes it a really great atmosphere for me to considering bringing a book to read or things to study for!!

Don't worry about the lack of seats! For such a small looking place, this Caffe Bene actually has adequate seating, stretching all the way to the very back! The staff here is also super nice and friendly, which is an extra plus! I guess the only draw back is that the prices of certain things can seem quite pricey for a lot of people. I ordered a waffle with strawberries and whipped cream today and it cost me almost $8! And although the waffle was really delicious, it was also very small (definitely not ideal for sharing with another person), which made me a little sad because I could have spent that money at the Waffle and Dinges truck on campus and get a bigger waffle with more toppings included. Other than that, their desserts look very on point and I kind of want to try everything! MANGO MOUSSE IS NEXT ON MY LIST!

  2. For the small storefront, there is a decent amount of seating in this small cafe near St. John's University. There are about five tables that can seat about ten people, and there are individual window seats in the front and individual seats facing the wall in the rear.
There are not that many outlets here so if you plan to study all day have your things charged before hand.
The service here was friendly and the menu features typical Caffe Bene items such waffles, gelato, coffee, sandwiches, etc.

  3. Mmmmmm. Green tea patbingsu… delicious! It's about time cafes started moving into fresh meadows! It's a convenient walk from St. John's, something students would appreciate. The service is super friendly. My man Sam hooked it up when I asked him to switch out different icecream for the patbingsu. Chill guy and easy to talk to. My order was alot larger than I anticipated but it's dessert so no complaints. It takes awhile for them to assemble it but that's understandable aswell (just look at the pictures.) The only reason why I took away a star is because they don't have a bathroom! I would love to study here but it's really inconvenient if there is no restroom :(. There are a couple of tables as well but it's really not spacious. But if you're bored and you don't feel like going to northern blvd or bell to hangout, this is the place to go! Check it out!!!

  4. Good for quick bites, quiet seating area, and drinks. Their mojito drinks are great. I've had the peach, strawberry, carribean, and mango mojito here before. All four were freshly made in front of me. Each was seriously sparkling with tons of flavor. The service was fast and friendly.
