  1. "Duke T." couldve have said it better. You do not go to Caridad for a burger…you go for the Spanish food….cmon.

This place was needed big time in the 'hood. The place is clean and the food is good. The service could be a little better however. I get the white rice, black beans and fried pork chops…nice size plates. Its open late and I always see the delivery guys driving around bringing orders to my neighbors. I'd rather eat there though.

  2. Came in on a Sunday evening and was sat right away. The waiter came over and took our orders. The food took a little bit to come out, I ordered the arroz con pollo and my fiance ordered the chicken Alfredo. The bread they served before hand was delicious, and once the food came out that was delicious as well, I will be coming back here.

  3. Pretty good food, nice serving portions ( I usually get the daily specials) and a lot of options!  You cant go wrong for a bite to eat.  Also if you come into the restaurant through the take out section you can get an idea of the food you are about to eat. I wouldnt go there for a serious or romantic date but it's lovely for a regular outing.

  4. My favorite Spanish spot! Whenever I'm passing through I always stop and pick up takeout- either chicken or Pernil with rice. I've had the ribs which are good too. The flavor is always on point and it's a deep garlicky flavor that I love. I've tried a lot of places closer to where I am now but no one compares to Caridad!

  5. I don't eat here I order to go, the octopus salad is very oily for a small $11.00 container, mostly I like their coffee and chicken soup, but again it depends who is making the coffee and who is packing the soup. Sometimes the soup is mostly soup broth with a little piece of chicken, not cool for an $8.00 soup. You gotta tell them when you are served unfairly that's happened to me more than once!
