  1. The sweets here are exceptionally good, especially the Barfis, Jangiris, and Cham Chams. This place has the approval of the the Bangladeshi community as well, so naturally we must try the food here.

For lunch, I ordered beef curry with naan, and samosas. I might be having a slight obsession with samosas, ordering whenever I can, but Dhaka Sweets make a pretty good samosa. The beef curry was a bit on the oily end, which goes perfectly with naan. The beef itself was flavorful, bony but juicy with a good amount of fat. I can see why people love coming here.

  2. Dhaka Sweets was my last minute savior. As another caterer dropped out from catering my gaye holud, Dhaka Sweets stepped up to the plate. I spoke to their chef (who was on top of his game), he assured me we would have food at my event no matter what which eased my concerns as the big event was only 2 weeks away! He helped me make my menu and recommended items that would travel well.

My friends picked up the food and though there was a minor delay, everything was packed well and tasted amazing. Everyone kept asking where the food was from!

Thank you for your hospitality Dhaka Sweets and look forward to making use of your catering services again in the future.
