The service is horrendous.
What attitude!
I got actual eyerolls and teeth sucking because I reminded the sluggish waitress to please bring me meat sauce for the tiny,meatless mofongo.
Meatless mofongo. There were 4 tiny pieces of meat in this thing.It was half the size of one DIRECTLY next door at Yosanty's for the same price.
When she brought it,it was this oily concoction that was inedible.
So, crappy attitude-y service.
NOT enough bang for your bucks.
And the food is barely edible.
Take ten steps over and go to Yosanty instead.
True story that tells it all:
My son and his friend are panhandled by a homeless man on the corner of Longwood. They offer to buy him dinner instead.
They head towards this place and the man says,"No Way,not here.Let's go next door instead." Enough said.
I actually had a pretty good delivery experience for this place although the other reviewers apparently didn't. The food arrived within forty minutes and the steak with rice and beans were so plentiful in portion and yummy! The woman over the phone redirected me to someone who spoke English so that wasn't a problem. The flan was only OK, not as sweet as I was expecting. There must have been turbulence on the drive over as it got a bit messy but other than that my experience was a good one.
