FORGET THIS PLACE. Horrible experience tonight.
Me and my roommate ordered a few things, among them an order of steamed dumplings. Included in that styrofoam container was a small container of vinegar based dumpling sauce that we don't actually use because we don't like it. It opened up and spilled, not only covering the dumplings completely, but also leaking all over the rest of our food containers.
Well we didn't pay for dumplings we couldn't eat, and didn't appreciate opening up the bag to a huge mess. So we called back and asked them to please remake the dumplings for us- they could keep the sauce this time. The woman who answered the phone did NOT want to do this. She offered to give us free dumplings the next time we ordered not once, not twice, but three times after we insisted that no, we wanted dumplings we could eat tonight.
She also told us numerous times how busy they were, and she didn't see why there was a need to replace the item when we could get it free next time. We had to explain that we paid for dumplings to eat TONIGHT, not another night. Finally she said she would replace them, but it would take another half hour for someone to come out.
The delivery man arrives and does not call us to let us know he's arrived. He SHOUTS outside our living room window until we come downstairs. As he hands my roommate the food, he lectures us, informing us that next time if we don't want sauce, that we should ask for it that way- and walks off when my roommate attempts to clarify that we don't want sauce poured over our containers. Never mind the fact that a sauce that comes on the side and isn't included in the description *obviously* doesn't belong poured all over everything. If it was meant to, they wouldn't have bothered putting it in it's own container.
On top of it all the spare ribs were all fat and the Schezuan mushrooms were mostly onions and peppers- I've included a hilarious pictures of the mountain of what amounts to garnish that made up the majority of my dish.
