  1. I came to eat with a friend and found K Pacho to be okay. I appreciated there was a parking lot to get in easily. The decor is trendy and fun, and my friend and I were seated quickly. We ordered chips and guacamole, sangria, and tacos. It was a little more expensive than I expected for Mexican food especially since the drinks and food were mediocre.

  2. Came to K Pacho for a graduation party- so I was served buffet style food: a taco stand, a fried food station, steak & salmon. Wow, this is definitely a gem on Long Island. We had the back room but it was pretty packed outside the room. For those who don't know, this place turns into a nightclub as night comes. The ambience and music was great. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and the place is so spacious- no need to worry about getting stepped on or rubbing sweaty arms with a stranger as you're trying to struggle past them. I will definitely be coming here in the future during normal eating hours. All in all, you will definitely not be disappointed. Their bathroom is also really fancy shmancy with great lighting so you don't have to struggle to take a perfect picture with your outfit of the night.

  3. Always a fun time at kpacho.  Their guacamole is delicious with a nice hint of cilantro.   fajitas delicious, appetizers as well.

  4. We came here for dinner because I've heard from many people how great this place is.  I was highly disappointed by the food, everything we got was mediocre even the DRINKS. Usually if the food is ok the drinks are superior but not here.

    FOOD:
My boyfriend got the usual Mexican plate that he gets wherever he goes to any Mexican restaurant. He got the Chicken Enchiladas , It contained two very small enchiladas. Small enough for a lunch plate not big enough for a dinner one. He complained that the rice tasted as if they were made and re-heated, which to me seems as if it was made in a rice cooker and it was left there too long.

I got the chicken burrito, not the best I've ever had but the tomatoes and the cheese helped the burrito a lot, the rice was ok but it was smothered with all the chicken and sauces so it didn't taste as old as my boyfriend said.

    DRINKS:
Both drinks the Patron and the Passion Fruit margaritas were again not the best, the Patron came in a small Patron bottle and very watered down and the passion fruit one tasted too fruity.

What saved this place was the decor, it's magnificent and the margarita style ice scream in the beginning. I'll probably won't be back, the food and drinks is not enough for the drive to N.H.P.

  5. If your not too familiar with real Mexican food and have very low standards in your drinks than this is the place for you! I have truly never been to a place that from the outside looks so nice with beautiful décor and everything else from there is downhill! Food was below average and the drinks may have been worse.  I ordered the Chicken Enchilada as I usually do in Mexican restaurants so I'm very familiar with how they are supposed to be and this was like someone who is used to driving a Infiniti and putting him in a beat up mini van!
I ordered a passion fruit margarita which the waiter told me was one of her favorites and boy either she had no taste buds or she's used to drinking virgin drinks because what I got was some weird super sweet puree with some cheap tequila. Very disappointed saying the least, need a menu make over and some mixologists in there pick up the standards!

  6. Food Factory/20's Happy Hour, should be the sales
    Pitch for this place.

Food was good, but nothing spectacular.  We had a good time of course and the place is fun, but I wouldn't go back…unless of course i was heading out for happy hour but it was too busy, too big, and service was too slow.

    Is good for large groups.

  7. After having my bridal shower here I had been dying to give it a try for dinner!

We decided to come after a day of shopping. It was a Sunday night at about 7 so the place was pretty empty. The decor is incredibly different in the main dining area than it was downstairs in the party room. The party room is very modern where as upstairs has a very dark decor. There's candles and a gothic style in the main dining room with large wooden pieces and tables with stools.

To start we ordered the cheese fondue and the chicken quesedillas. The cheese fondue or flambe I should say came with pieces of pretzel and tortilla chips. It was pretty cool when the waitress brought the flambe to the table and lit it on fire. She even waited for me to come back from the restroom which I really appreciated! The pretzel pieces were amazing with the cheese flambe. The chips were somewhat tasteless. We really wished there were more pretzels.

The chicken quesedillas. OMG. It's been a long time since I had a good one and these were perfect!

To eat we ordered the K pacho chicken and the agave glazed ribs. The K pacho chicken to be honest wasn't my favorite. I confused it with another chicken dish we had at my bridal shower which I still need to figure out what that was. It sat on the side and we wrapped it up to take home for lunch the next day.

Now on to the main event…the RIBS! Holy cannoli. Savory. Rich. Sticky. Tender. PERFECT. All of the above describe these succulent ribs. Oh, succulent…there's another word! We devoured the ribs and nibbled at the incredible bacon cheddar corn bread that came with it. I would absolutely love to have those ribs again!

For complete disclosure…my husband and I did have upset stomachs for the day following this meal but I do think it had more to do with our super rich choices and not with the food itself.

  8. We came here after a long evening of shopping at the lake success shopping center. We came in to grab some dinner. We were armed with a 4 year old and a 2 month old. There was a private party going on downstairs and the bar area was loud and packed. After waiting 15 mins the hostess walked us to a back room that was a bit more suitable for our situation.

Once seated our who I think was awesome because you'll never believe it, her name was Shana! How freakin great dinner was off to a great start already. We were presented with some sort of glacè that is meant to clean your palate  (you know I love me a good palate cleanser). But this one was special because it was made with TEQUILA!!! Now this is heaven.

For an appetizer we had corn on the cob smothered with what I'm assuming was cheese. (I don't really remember) It's also is something I probably won't consume again. I ordered the tacos for my son who was having a mini heart attack because the shredded lettuce was mixed in with the cheese. Sighs a whole 5 mins picking out LETTUCE!

For my dinner I ordered the shrimp burrito and he had the beef. Oh my lord they were the sizes of babies. They came piping hot and were so go oooooo. Nom nom nom(mentally reliving the delicious expolsion of flavors in my mouth). It was so good and so large we had to take the other half home. At the end of dinner my son was presented with cotton candy.  Now that made up for the lettuce in his tacos. Good job K Pacho, Good job!

I would definitely return for grown up dining minus the kids maybe even inquire about having a party
