  1. We ordered stewed codfish/bacalao was Seasoned well, onions, peppers etc. More rice than fish…the sweet plantains were good and sticky…yummy. we also had the stewed chicken also seasoned well. Good place if you are hungry and want a hot Spanish seasoned meal. Reasonable prices.  They have a five dollar lunch special most days of the week

    This is a lunch review.

    Great spot if you are in STARVATION mood and you want to eat like an animal. I got a lunch special salmon with rice and beans. I really was surprised that the salmon was pretty fresh and adequate seasons. It was so large that I could not eat all of the food. Even the waitress asked if I liked it, which I thought was cute.

    The place is a little loud, meaning that everyone speaks VERY loudly. But, the food more than makes up for it. Just note, that many selections (especially the salmon) may not be available all of the time but they have many other options. I would recommend the stewed chicken or the oxtail soup.
