  1. Very chewy macaron. Caramel with fleur de sil was OK. Cost 2.75 no tax for a pretty good size but of you are looking for a large albeit less good macaron, you might as well go to Paris cafe or something similar. The texture matter ls a lot and their ls is not right

There are better places but the flavors are pretty unique.

Nice sized place with clean bathrooms though.

    2.5

  2. I am a converted Macaron FAN!!!

My 6 for $13 GIFT BOX included the following Macaron flavors:

    Strawberry
    Raspberry
    Pistaccio
    Dark Chocolate
    Nutella
    French Vanilla

    1 WORD — YUM!

  3. I came with a few people from my meetup for some macarons. I got the 6 for $15 macaron gift box with included: Pistachio, Honey Lavender, Rose Lychee, Coconut, Caramel and Earl Grey.

Here's my list from most favorite to least favorite:

    Caramel
    Coconut
    Pistachio
    Earl Grey
    Honey Lavender
    Rose lychee

The place itself has a decent amount of space but their salads didn't look appetizing–but then again, people come for the macarons, not the salad. The cashier was friendly; she said that the most popular macarons are at the top. The credit card machine was down which was slightly annoying because I wanted to use my cash for a cash only place, oh well.

The macarons held up well in the fridge (they can last up to five days in the fridge). My bf tried the rose lychee and the honey lavender and really like the rose lychee. I'm not a macaron expert as I've only had it one other time but I'd try this place again.

  4. I love the breakfast baguette with bacon eggs and cheese. The coffee is pretty good as well as for the staff they are friendly. The morning rush could be a little crazy around 8:45am – 9:15am.

Best time to walk in is around 10:30 am.

  5. This place was smaller than I expected it to me. Came here early in the morning on a weekend, and it wasn't busy at all. The macaroons are yummy, but a bit pricy. Got their hot chocolate as well, it's rich but the cup is small. The vibe and atmosphere is not as cozy as I expected it to be either, but could've just been because I was there in the morning.

  6. You don't need to go to Paris to have a taste of French goodies! This is by far the best espresso you can get in NYC and their macarons and baguetes are excellent. The whole staff is French and they speak in French all the time. You'll really feel you are in France :).

  7. Macarons aren't fresh and the drinks suck!  I've been here multiple times because I go to class next door and every time it gets worse and worse. Today's my last class so I won't be going anymore.  Their iced lattes are super bitter.  You cannot pay me to drink their Matcha lattes.  The macaroons are hard and stale.  The service is decent at best.  I tried their sandwiches and they are decent when you're starving.  This place is not worth the time or money.  It definitely looks cute, but don't get fooled!

  8. Had a little expedition across NYC for free macaron day! Because of this I could taste all the different macarons across the city. This was the worst.

I had "pumpkin cinnamon" but it simply didn't have any flavor. It could have been "sugary macaron" and I wouldn't have questioned the naming. Also there is a step when you enter that they don't notify you about.
