In Manhattan you pop in and out of bodegas like it's your job, grabbing delicious things, necessary things and sometimes alcoholic things. If you live in the LES, I suggest you start buying all of your alcohol things here.
First of all, check in on Yelp and you get a traveler size bottle for free with purchase. That's the cutest (drunk) check in offer I've ever come across. Respect. Second, they do tastings some evenings and that's mad fun. Double respect. Lastly, it looks like a living room and has everything your heart loves and your liver hates. Reeeeespect times infinity.
I've lived across this place for almost a year now and I finally stopped by. It doesn't have the biggest collection of wine, but in my case, that makes choosing all the easier! The store is well kept and the people who work there are incredibly friendly and helpful.
They also have a collection of spirits which is a huge plus! They also do free wine tastings on Friday, which is incredibly cool. They have a good selection of different priced wines so there is something for everybody–wines under $13 is a huge plus. They also have a mix and match 3 for $30 deal on select bottles.
