For as many bakeries as Scarsdale village has, I am surprised that they can all remain open! Anyway, I loved their roasted veggie sandwich here as well as their quiches. The sandwich was toasted to perfection, the bread crusty outside while chewy inside and the veggies were not soggy and perfectly seasoned. I also liked the macrons– light and airy and not too sweet. Why is it such a fad today, everyone is making macrons, five years ago they were impossible to find outside of France and Belgium?
