Nothing amazing about this chinese food. It provides sustenance but lacks in quality and taste. I had some unfortunately non-crispy non-juicy chicken wings followed by a bland and oily combination of hot spicy beef with pork fried rice.
This was followed by hot and sour soup. I had to add some hotness to the soup for my liking.
I probably wouldn't have ordered without the devices of seamless or grubhub. I probably won't need to order this again.
This restaurant was papering in the subway station, so I took a menu and thought I would give it a try since I was less than satisfied with Windsor Terrace's other Chinese take-out place. Upon perusing the extensive menu, I could tell that this was no ordinary Chinese hole-in-the-wall (in addition to more gourmet-sounding dishes, I was impressed to see white-meat only General Tsao's chicken offered). Delivery was remarkably fast–under ten minutes. I tried the hunan chicken combination plate. I was very impressed with the dish, which contained sliced chicken and fresh, crisp vegetables in a moderately spicy but remarkably non-greasy sauce. I was less impressed with the fried rice, which seemed to be of the food court variety–chopped onions and roast pork squares embedded in yellow-coated rice (I prefer the variety with cooked egg whites, soy sauce, carrots, and peas). But this is a minor issue, as most people in this neighborhood wouldn't think of ordering something as unhealthy as white (let alone fried) rice, demanding brown rice instead. *An added bonus is that they take credit cards here.
