Salahedin is my favorite Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurant. Its not a fine dinning establishment but the service is great and the food very fresh and tasty. I strongly recommend this place.
Their kibbeh, kofta kabob sandwiches, shawarma sandwiches are all mouth-watering. The food is always always always great. So why the 3 out of 5 stars?
They are stingy with the garlic sauce (thoom). I asked for extra garlic sauce and the guy working the stove gives me like 3 little cups. If I ask for extra garlic sauce, throw enough for all 8 sandwiches I purchased man. Not just 3 or 4 little cups. Come on guys. I know it costs money but I'm willing to pay extra.
Great place, but make sure they don't gip you on the garlic sauce. Won't stop me from coming back though, love this spot!
