Immediately you notice that the sushi chefs and servers are Japanese. So that's nice. Authentic is always a plus. The sushi, sashimi and rolls were top notch. Even their futomaki was delicious.
But one of their dessert items makes this place 5 star worthy: green tea ice cream with red bean syrup. The best green tea ice cream I've had. It is topped with this sweet, syrupy red-bean sauce. Simply oishii, umai, yabai, sugoi, saikou, kakkoii, subarashi, … (continue with japanese adjectives).
It is a hotel restaurant. But so what. The food, drinks, dessert, and service here are (aforementioned japanese adjectives).
