  1. I came here for lunch with my colleagues. I had the chicken cutlet. It came with soup. I had the chicken noodle soup and it was on the salty side. The chicken cutlet was delicious. It was thin. The price for the meal was decent. Be aware that this place is cash only. So, don't forget to have cash on you.

  2. Small place but don't overlook it! I was in the neighborhood and we were seeking a diner for lunch when we found this on Yelp. Was a bit skeptical based on reviews. Once we got in, you'll see how tiny it is but I like that each booth feels semi-private. Smaller booths but consider it a cozy spot. We ordered the pancakes, western omelette and grilled chicken salad. Overall the food was really good! The homefries were made with well-seasoned, soft potatoes. The western omelette had a nice amount of filling with peppers, onions and ham. Definitely more than the three eggs they note in the menu. Generous portion! I also liked that they gave shout outs to local companies in the area and named their sandwiches after them. Very sweet. The toast was just the way I liked it – hot with melted butter and crunch when you bite into it. I can't say that I always eat toast at every diner but I did here. The grilled chicken had a lot of flavor. Even their fresh squeezed orange juice was yummy. The pancakes were nice! Super fluffy and light, delicious with the syrup. It's a nice spot and I would definitely come back if I'm in the area. But bring enough cash since it's a cash only spot.

  3. Cheap and quick diner. They got this right. I think this is probably the best diner in the area or if you can even find any other beside all those mexican places.

We go a full breakfast for less than $20 including everything. The food is so so which I don't think anyone can brag about. Service is good while it's not busy of course. Who knows.

I remember coming here few years back with my newly graduated friends at 3 am in the morning and they served up some good sandwich. I believe they are famous for their wings. Seriously chicken wing is always good no matter how bad you make them. TOP IT OFF WITH HOT SAUCE!!!!

    Definitely a go for this

  4. This place is good for a quick cheap stop. The donuts really are great. The glazed ones are soooo good. They will melt in your mouth.

  5. This is regarding delivery only. This place has great prices, good food, and excellent delivery any time, day or night. I have never had an issue, and my food always comes with the appropriate utensils and condiments.

  6. It's diner food, nothing that stood out for me.    I got the corn beef hash with eggs which I asked for well done, but the hash came out mushy. Good service though and homey ambiance

  7. As I am basically a lifer in the Sunset Park area, I have frequented this diner many many times, but over the last several years my experience is mostly with delivery. The food is good, the staff is nice when you enter the diner, they do not accept cards, only cash which can be tremendously inconvenient, but they do have an ATM machine in the diner. it's relatively small and gets very crowded on weekends, especially Sunday mornings. Now for the delivery phase, they often take quite a long time when you order for delivery and the men who bring you the food often play the confused role or claim not to have change so they can get a much larger tip than what they should.

Overall, the food is decent, but they should send the men out with change and also the portions are relatively small, but other than that, I am happy with the service they provide.

  8. Pancakes made of corn grits? I was not expecting that at all! And it was delicious. Added turkey bacon to that and it made for a good meal. I will definitely be back for those pancakes.
