Surf & Turf is the usual Russian Restaurant experience minus the entertainment of a live band. Food was nothing special and I've had much better food in such places at Tatyana, Chinar, and Baku. I would check out those spots for a true Russian Restaurant experience.

anyway, the amount of options this place has for a surf and turf place is decent, and the prices are good too
but the quality of the food itself isn't the best , to me its average , I guess since its so cheap you get what you pay for
I did go here for new years though and it was packed and super fun, awesome staff, the place deserves a good rating simply for the good entertainment.you can bring yoru own alcohol here and have a blast
