  1. I came here before free movie night for dinner. This place is old. They still have he old school wooden noisy cash registers.

I ordered the Mediterranean salad with grill chicken. The portion was huuuuuge.

I agree with others that there is nothing to brag about this place. I left full and satisfied. It was creepy that I was the only person eating here at the time. Some background music was needed. Would have been old if 2 broke girls worked here,

  2. More a luncheonette than a diner and has that charm from maybe the 60s or 70s.  Not much decorative but just has that era's feel to it.  We went on a Thursday for lunch and sure enough they had pea soup.  I had a bowl and it was good.

Then I had a veggie burger on a bun.  The bun was outstanding, probably due to the freshness and all the sesame seeds on it.  The veggie burger was fine although I tend to like mine with a little more crispness.  My buddy had a burger platter.  Good stuff too.

Nothing exotic about the menu.  A lot of comfort foods which is A-OK in my book for lunch.  Our server was great!

Probably a 3 star place but since we stumbled in here not knowing where to go and were well-treated, I'm going with 4 stars.
