  1. The Habit Burger is delicious!  I am on a quest to find some good local burgers whether it be a chain or local place.  I remembered this place opened recently and gave it a shot.  I was definitely very impressed with their burgers!  I got a double char burger with fries.   I was cooked good and juicy.  The cartelized onions were so good.  I am huge fan of the little bar they have with banana peppers and jalapeños you can add to your burger for free.  The habit has definitely got it going on.

  2. Ordered with my office for lunch today and figure might as well get a burger since I haven't had red meat for a while. Its not flavorful and way too greasy. I feel super bloated now and a little nausea from eating it.

Def would not try again. Sorry.

  3. Came during the lunch rush so it was very busy. The food was worth the wait! Got the Santa Barbara sandwich and added bacon. Absolutely loved it, only thing I didn't like was too much mayo. My boyfriend had the jalepono burger and he loved it. Top it off with fresh fries that weren't too oily and thick cut and it was a great day. He had a vanilla Shake and I hate the homemade strawberry limeaid. Loved it.

  4. I don't get the rave reviews?!?!?

Pros: Pickled Pepper Bar, Iced Tea

    Cons: Burger King Burps

If you are a Burger King fan you'll probably love Habit as it has that same flame broiled flavor and the quality is a notch better. The quality of the fries and o-rings are also better than the King.

This is not a Habit I'm about to adopt and with much better competition in the area (Zinburger, Shake Shack, and even BBP) it would be an even easier Habit to kick.

  5. Why have I been going to shake shack instead of coming here? It's less greasy, the fries are better and hello? They have grilled chicken options with whole wheat buns – so much healthier!

I loved my grilled chicken with lettuce tomato grilled onions Swiss on a whole wheat bun.  The fries are great.

The service was quick and efficient.

    Delicious!

  6. I got my first fix of Habit back in LA and had been waiting since to get some more, finally the day arose when I figured there's one just 45 min drive from me. So here I am
Habit is to West Coast what Five Guys or Shake Shack is to East Coast. The best part about Habit Burger is they don't venture out from the basics it simple Cheese Burger but what make it special is the choice of ingredient the very best and organic at-least the Proteins is what they boost and one can really taste it in the food.
The thing that leaves you with wanting more is the method of cooking the burgers ain't no flat top here, it the real deal flame grilled CHARED burgers that gives it that smokey crispy exterior while moist and juicy insides . The buns are probably baked fresh daily. Don't forget the sweet potato fries, along with the shakes.
So the question remains is it worth an hours drive, maybe not but a must visit if you are close by. Your visit to shake shack would make up for the loss of not visiting Habit, that being said it sure is a one time must visit

  7. This is a rip off of shake shack but just doesnt stack up.

The burgers just didnt hit the spot and it was veey messy since everything was falling out of the burger. The fries tasted frozen and nothing spectacular.

The tempura green beans are definitely a unique touch but were not the best i have had.

In a competitive burger scene it is important to separate yourself from the rest and Habit did not do that.

  8. The burger is DELICIOUS!! I ordered the Santa Barbara style on a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Love that bun-less is an option! The Santa Barbara style comes with TWO beef patties, cheese, avocado and tomato. The burger itself is juicy and quite tasty. Sweet potato fries are also good. This location is fairly new. Clean establishment and friendly service.
