What a wonderful addition to the neighborhood! Friendly staff, modern vibe, al fresco dining, takeout and delicious food. It checks off all the boxes.
As mentioned the inside space is sleek and modern, fairly small. A large bar and multiple televisions would make a good spot to catch a game. Bonus points for providing bottles of water on the table so you don't need to wait for refills.
We started off with a Samosa Chaat, which had a slightly different take on it vs.others I have had and it was awesome. Deconstructed potato & cauliflower samosa topped with spiced chick peas, yogurt and chutneys; it was highly addictive.
We then moved on to Chicken Tikka Masala which has some nice heat to it, chicken was tender and very good. The Lamb Kadai Mirchiwala was lamb in a brown sauce with peppers and onions. It wasn't super spicy, but you definitely get the heat. It was tasty and comforting.
The Naan was served piping hot and the rice was standard.
We were so happy to have some good Indian food so close to home.
