  1. Helped plan a wedding after-party here and they were very accommodating and well priced.  The venue is beautiful with a nice bar, sofa seating area, and dining room.  The service was very attentive and pleasant, and they have a pretty nice selection of scotch, vodkas, and tequilas.

Would recommend to have an event there or go for dinner/drinks.  Great for a date.

  2. My friend celebrated her birthday here and when I arrived I was immediately impressed upon walking in. The layout is great and the upscale decor definitely suits the place. There was some laidback loungy dance music playing. The seating areas were very comfortable and there were also three dining areas as well as a garden out back which is open through the warmer months. There is a fireplace in the main dining area and warm mood lighting making it quite romantic. Great place to bring a date.

We were served by Amy who also happens to be one of the owners. She was super sweet with a great sense of humor. They were very accomodating towards the birthday girl and all her guests.

I sampled three of their wines. A pinot noir, pino grigio and another red that I didn't recall. The truffle popcorn was delicious. I probably could have eaten an entire bowl to myself. We ordered a cheese plate and while the cheese was good there were only four types of cheese and three pieces of each. I wish the serving size was a little larger. We also tried the Pulled pork sliders with apple cider barbeque Sauce, coleslaw, and a crispy cherry peppers on top. The pork wasn't as tender as I'd hoped but the flavors were on point. The sauce was tasty without overpowering the slider.

The bathroom was very clean but I was a little disappointed at the size and decor. Based on the rest of the restaurant as well as the size of the place I would have thought it would have been a little bigger and classier but it was pretty standard with two stalls. Another thing was when we arrived I think the bathrooms had been freshly cleaned because the doors were proped. Let me just say I got quite an eye full as I walked past the men's room and it wasn't pretty lol.

  3. The office holiday party was held here. Since I was in charge of planning the affair, I was only given two criteria: the restaurant had to have a full bar and it had to be relatively quiet yet good for groups.

Thanks to Yelp, I was hooked up with Vintage 1891. The reservation process was seamless, with just a quick phone call that was returned in a timely manner to confirm.

I was a little nervous about the night because I had never been solely responsible for anything before. I stepped in with my guest a little bit before the reservation time and was welcomed very warmly by who I think is the owner. The space is gorgeous: dark, with candlelight and tons, I mean TONS of wine bottles all over, making for both decorative pieces and the focus of the restaurant. We sat at the bar for a little bit and was treated very nicely by the bartender.

I have to say, this place has some SWEET eye candy for ladies.

Anyway, dinner was served, after I quit drooling. Appetizers were yummy, I recommend the shrimp pasta. Like I always say, you know you're in a fancy spot when pasta is an appetizer. I also loved the chicken breast, served with an irresistible sauce and a delectable veggie risotto. It truly tasted like something from Master Chef. The meal was topped with a FABULOUS cheesecake, served simply yet beautifully with fresh berries.

I wish I could come back, but it's a little out of my price range. I was lucky to be treated.

Brotip: They have nearly every wine you could imagine! I didn't drink though. Public transportation in Westchester: you know how that goes.
