Of course I'm a fan!!
So, here is this little spot for Haitian food lovers (and a Haitian cd/dvd shop next door).
Since I'm a vegetarian I can only eat Fritay/Fritaille which is $9 worth of fried goodness. It comes with marinad, banan peze (green plantains), pain patate (sweet potatoes), acra (fritters). And is topped with onions and green peppers and comes with a side of pikliz.
For the meat eaters, you can order fritay with griot (fried pork) or tassot (fried beef). I would suggest you call ahead to pick up your order and park in the big parking lot around the corner or on the street if you can find a spot. Enjoy!
