  1. We went here on a Thursday evening after work at about 5pm. They have a "special"  appetizer, entree and open bar for an hour. However that menu is separate from the regular menu and u can only order certain drinks. I got sangria and I have to say it was very good. I'm not a sweet drink drinker but it was good. My coworkers got kiwi mojitos and they said they were really good.

    For appetizers

Me: shrimp sticks w/ wasabi sauce -good but didn't taste the wasabi at all

Friends: one ordered beef empanadas she got chicken instead and nobody even asked if it was OK. I tasted them and they were good. typical Dominican seasoned so I was OK with that. the other girl ordered chicken quesadilla, quite a big portion for an appetizer she said it was good, i didn't taste it. The last girl ordered Caprese salad, which is fresh sliced mozzarella cheese with sliced tomatoes and basil. I tasted it and it was fine, if anyone can mess up a caprese salad then they must be a bad cook..lol

    Entrees

Me: Churasco with  shitake mushrooms and a basil sauce I asked for the sauce on the side. mashed potatoes and grilled veggies, green beans asparagus and zucchini. The steak was good the mushrooms were no existent the basil sauce was not good. How can basil sauce not be green? it was very flowery tasting and I was glad i asked for it on the side. the mashed potatoes were OK, but weren't hot enough. the veggies were really good, well seasoned and crisp. I like my veggies crisp and not mushy.

Friends all ordered the grilled salmon. One ordered Yuka fries and the rest ordered the mashed like I did. I tasted the yuka fries and they were good. They were seasoned with something but it wasn't adobo like one of the other reviewers stated. It wasn't bad at all. But i was a Lil tipsy so perhaps I was a bit hungry and my taste buds were off j/k. but seriously i would go back there just because it is close to my friends house and we were served right away. nobody else was in the place except for us, until we were leaving at about 8 one other couple came in. idk if it was worth 40 dollars a person. I think they should include a dessert to the "special" Thursday menu.  We didn't drink too much to get our money worth.

  2. This trendy Latin restaurant/bar had a delicious $10 margarita, and the football game on for me on a Sunday night. I would take a date here, but ask them to lower the music a bit if there is no dancing. It was kind of loud for dinner. It must be popping on the weekends, its a very slick looking place.

  3. This place was pretty bad. Food was nothing to brag about . Service wasn't good wait time to be service was past 1/2 hr.

Music was okay. Second Dj was not good at all.

I wasn't impressed by food not presentation. Server had no interest in having a conversation. He was just taking our order. Didn't suggest anything.

I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Server wanted us to pay out tab before his shift was over. He watched us until we gathered out payment . Mind you we were seven total,

    Not coming back.
