Pretty Terrible. The iPad ordering has to be there to prevent getting orders screwed up with language barriers and background noise. However- at Custom Burger Bar all of our orders were totally messed up anyhow. The wait was long. The food was crappy. We were totally rushed through. Paying $1.50 per topping to have none of them put on is annoying- especially on top of a $12 burger that isn't worth $5. But- they've go you trapped- so why provide good food or service?
